He works at Afe Babalola University (ABUAD), where he serves as the Innovation Lead at the OGEES Institute, heads the OGEES Sustainability Innovation Hub, and leads the Ecoscriber Project to advance climate action in higher education. He is a doctoral researcher in Public Management Monitoring and Evaluation at the Durban University of Technology, South Africa. Adeniran also drives regional digital literacy and AI capacity building as the community Lead for Data Science Nigeria (DSN) in Ado-Ekiti State.
